NOTE:  After Genesis 6 all through the O.T. , vengeance in the hands of those whom God commanded
                      to take it.
Question:  In the New Testament:  Does the Bible give Christians the right to be in government?
Can one God-ordained power fight another with God's approval?
Can government transcend it's lawful bounds?  How far did God intend for it to go?

(See Gaussen "Theopneustia" on "From Glory to Glory.")
             b.  Kind of Righteousness Associated with the Law of Moses.

                  (2)  Distinguished by absence of grace in O.T. Jno 1:17.  (Not by a total lack of it - Zech 12:10)
Not enough grace to justify.  Rom 3:20.  1 Cor 10:13
